What should I specify in the quote request?

In the enquiry (you can send to info@cassetteinlegno.com) it is important to specify: type of box (slide closure, casket closure,...), measurements, number of pieces, any accessories (bottle holder, ...), any customisation with logo or colouring."

Can you print my logo on the box?

Yes, of course! Write to us for a quote. The important thing is to indicate the type of box desired, the number of pieces and the type of printing.

How can I request a quotation for the purchase of custom-made boxes?

By sending an email to info@cassetteinlegno.com and specifying: type of box (slide closure, casket closure, ...), dimensions required, quantity, any accessories (bottle holder)".

How long will I have to wait for a response to my quote request?

We try to respond as quickly as possible, however at certain times of the year you may have to wait up to 24/48 hours to receive our quote.

How can I confirm a quote I have received?

If you are happy with the quote we have sent you, you can request an ORDER CONFIRMATION by sending us all the details (company name, VAT number, SDI code, delivery address - for private individuals the tax code and delivery address are sufficient).

How can I buy your boxes?

The easiest way to order wooden boxes is directly from our website: https://www.cassetteinlegno.com/en/products/. Simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to the shopping cart, then complete the invoicing/shipping details and proceed to pay. We will automatically and immediately receive your order and you will receive a confirmation email in return. You can also send an email to info@cassetteinlegno.com specifying: type of box, size required, quantity required, any logo or colour requirements. You can also order your boxes by calling us or sending a whatsapp message to 379 272 4668 with the details above.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we do not have a minimum order size. However, we do have restrictions on the production of some prints. For information please contact us at info@cassetteinlegno.com or 379 272 4668.

Do you sell to individuals?
Yes, of course.
Do you offer special discounts to distributors or agents?

Discounts based on the quantity of boxes purchased are the only type of discount foreseen. In fact, we foresee that distributors, agents or professionals may be able to purchase a large quantity of goods and then resell them through their channels to take advantage of the best discount offered by our price list.

Can I order multiple models and/or quantities in one order?
Yes, of course.
What does it mean if my online order says 'Order Pending'?

If one or more of the products in your order is marked as 'Order Pending', it means that the goods are not available for immediate delivery and our in-house production is currently manufacturing the boxes. They will be available in 10-15 working days. Of course, you can also contact us via WhatsApp at 379 272 4668 for any information.

Can I order custom-made boxes?

Of course, by sending an email to info@cassetteinlegno.com and specifying: type of box (slide closure, box closure, ...), dimensions required, quantity, any accessories (bottle holders, ...).

Can I order cassettes with my logo?

Of course you can! Just send an email to info@cassetteinlegno.com stating: type of box, size required, quantity required and type of printing (silkscreen, laser engraving, hot transfer or full colour digital printing). I cannot complete my order online, what should I do?

We are always available to assist you with your purchase or any useful information at 379 272 4668.

What payment methods do you accept?

The types of payment we accept are: payment by credit card or pay-pal, payment by bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer, we have to wait for the funds to be credited to the account before processing the order, so delivery times may be longer; to avoid this, if you are in a hurry, we recommend an immediate bank transfer.

I have completed my order, will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an electronic invoice within 2 days of placing your order.

Customisations

How can I personalise my wooden box?

The cassette can be personalised by printing a logo (screen printing, laser engraving, hot transfer printing or four-colour digital printing) or by painting or varnishing the cassette.

What characteristics must my logo have in order to be printed?

The logo, which must always be sent by e-mail to jessica@cassetteinlegno.com, must be in .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or vector format or in traced PDF.

How do I send you my logo?

The logo you wish to have printed on the cassette should always be sent to jessica@cassetteinlegno.com.

May I see a design before starting the personalisation process?

Of course, once your order has been confirmed, you will receive graphic proposals for the design of your cassettes within 24/48 hours. If you are happy with them, simply confirm the designs and we will proceed with printing, otherwise we can revise them.

How long will it take to personalise my cassettes?
From the moment of confirmation of the graphic design, you should allow approximately 10-15 days for the customisation, if the cassettes are in stock.
What is the lead time for the production of my customised boxes?
From the moment the order is confirmed, you should allow approximately 15-20 days for production.

Waiting time and shipping

If the product is 'in production', what does that mean and what is the lead time?

When the words 'in production' appear on the product sheet, it means that the goods are not available for immediate delivery and that our in-house production is completing the manufacture of the boxes. They will be available in 10-15 working days. Of course, we are also available for any information via WhatsApp at +39 379 272 4668.

If the product is 'out of stock' what does that mean?

If the word 'out of stock' appears on the product sheet, it means that the product cannot be ordered at the moment, but we are available for any information about this by writing to info@cassetteinlegno.com or via WhatsApp at +39 379 272 4668.

What is the waiting time for customising my cassettes?

From the moment of confirmation of the graphic draft, if the cassettes are in stock, you should allow approximately 10-15 days for customisation.

What is the lead time for the production of my customised boxes?

You should allow approximately 15-20 days for production from order confirmation.

What shipping option do you offer for online orders?
If you purchase standard, non-personalised, in-stock boxes, the boxes are delivered within 5-8 working days after receipt of payment.
Do you offer free shipping?

No, shipping is never included. Shipping costs vary depending on the number of items selected and are automatically calculated by the system when you complete your purchase.
