The contracting party has the right to withdraw the product within 7 days of receiving it. During this period, the contractual partner shall handle the product and the packaging with care and shall not use the product other than to assess its characteristics. If he/she decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, the contractual partner shall return the product and packaging in the best possible condition. Warning: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised items produced by CASSETTEINLEGNO.COM (see Articles 4 and 5 of Legislative Decree 1999 n.185). If the order is not produced as agreed, any solutions will be dealt with by our customer service.

The order may be reshipped at the customer’s request: the cost for storage, the cost of transport for the return, plus the cost for the new shipment shall be borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the customer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
