Check the Packaging:
Check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or altered, including sealing materials (adhesive tape).
Reporting Anomalies:
Any damage to the packaging or the product, or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately notified, by affixing RESERVATION OF CHECK (specifying the reason, e.g. “packaging not intact”) on the courier’s proof of delivery.
Acceptance Without Reservation:
By signing the courier’s document without reservation, you will not be able to dispute the condition of the delivered product later.
Communication of Problems:
Any complaints must be received in written and detailed form within 7 days of receipt of the goods at the email address info@cassetteinlegno.com.
In the event of repeated impossibility of delivery to the indicated address:
Deposit with the Courier:
The goods will be deposited at the courier’s warehouses.
Collection by Customer:
If the goods are not collected within 3 working days, the order will be returned to the warehouses of Wooden Boxes.
